1. Add Data. 没有Pyramid的最好Yes一下

2. View >> Toolbars >> Georefrencing

3. 找控制点, Add Control Points

4. 图上取点后可立即右键Input X,Y; 或点全部取完后View Link Table里面输坐标

5. Layers右键>>Properties>>Coordinate System, 设好坐标系

6. Georefrencing >> Rectify

done.
