症状：弹出对话框

TOOL NOT LICENSED
Unable to Execute the Selected Tool.
You do not have the necessary license to execute the selected tool – blablah

首先，确定你的license是不是ArcInfo。看ArcMap的标题栏，正常情况下应该是类似[Untitled – ArcMap – ArcInfo]——如果后面写的是ArcView，就去找License Manager Tools吧。

如果标题栏是ArcInfo，那么，进到菜单Tools>>Extensions，把要用到的功能勾上。Close。就这样。
