结果：满意，但鄙视自己
还是大一贪玩旷课的后果……sigh……if only……
这次还算人道，体育A和B一起考，只考一次。50m+1000m+屈臂悬垂。勉强过关，浑身上下要散架了。
自己还整天嚷嚷着要锻炼，结果最后去锻炼的机率只有不到1%。大一到大三的三年体育课，大一选了运动量大的综合素质但总翘课；大二直接选了交谊舞——轻松的跟玩似的；大三前半年游泳，但学艺不精，极限是100m；后半年跟着全班人马直接奔弱病残集中营的体育保健去了。然后到了不用修体育的大四，和体育有关的活动只有看比赛……今天把大学四年的步全跑完了！
昨天补完达标还开玩笑说，以后要放开了吃，再也不减肥了！现在想想刚才拖着70kg的重量跑1000米的样子……还得锻炼！我那美好的55kg的岁月呀！怎么着也得努力减到65kg吧？
