心情不好。那么写点字，会不会好点呢？
据新舍友frog举报，昨夜我持续呼噜，以至于他无法安睡。但这也不是我能控制的……对这样的结果我深表同情及抱歉。
与此同时凌晨4点45分许远在郑州的某女从恶梦中惊醒——梦到她把我从楼上推了下去——还是高层。大概是单词给的太多太难了，怨念好深。
早上起来，后鼻腔异常难受，是呼噜的结果。现在突然觉得那叫上呼吸道感染。流鼻涕一天直到现在。幸亏上课和老同学坐一起，可以借纸应急。感觉严重缺水。可我今天喝了很多水呀。一开始觉得是鼻炎，但一两个小时前开始觉得头痛，嗯，看来真的感冒了。整个头感觉都有点胀，从眼球到牙床。
近几天食量异常大，总想不自觉地吃点东西。这个念头在今天中午发挥到了极致，手都有点抖抖的，下意识还到一旁去拿饼干吃。都说吃是缓解精神压力最好的办法。可能是吧。
也许只是因为气候变化而已。
