最近受阿特金斯法蛊惑，调整进食结构。考虑到健康和花销问题，基本上只是把米面土豆一类的高糖食物精简掉了。
因此每天的食谱变得怪异……芹菜这么健康的蔬菜是少不了的，至少吃再多也心安理得：）大侦同学近日的带饭工作因而变得繁琐起来——我每次要花5分钟的时间思考一下，有什么能吃且不下饭的菜。
比较烦恼的是，开始想念饱食米饭和拌面的感觉。昨天晚餐的内容本来只是烤肉，但自己忍耐力实在差，路过杭州小笼包时无法抗拒去买了一笼包子。
土老师说，减肥其实就是和自己的本能作斗争，是我们花了几百万年时间进化出来的本能，所以任务不是一般的艰巨！……我私下里认为原因还是现在远远没达到可以大快朵颐的程度，在中国吃顿肉多贵呀！
终于明白一件事情：莜麦就是燕麦！说着就想流口水，暑假回家就能吃到了，嘿嘿，那种食物在老家叫莜面~ 既然是同样的东西，为什么喜欢莜面，麦片就觉得咽不下去呢？
刚看到一句话：“正像你不能指望每天坐在电脑前面还能减肥10公斤一样”。啊——那就是我，就是我这样的投机想法，每天坐在电脑前面懒得挪窝懒得下楼的我……额滴神呀……
